Gastric Band Brisbane

Had my gastric sleeve surgery done by Dr Lockie in 2018 and have never looked back. Sorry I haven't put a review on sooner. My husband and I were travelling around Australia at the time so they managed to fast-track everything for me to fit in with our travel plans. Loved every minute of my journey, from the original consult with the team, who were all so friendly and knowledgeable to the surgery itself. Dr Lockie was so amazing and fixed my hiatus hernia (which he found at the pre-op procedures) at the same time, which had caused me problems for years. My life has now changed for the better, I am just under 30kgs lighter and never regret a moment, every penny was a penny well spent. Best decision of my life. Both pre and post-care have been amazing. Thank you so much to Dr Lockie and your amazing team and look forward to our annual catch up.

Dr Dodd removed my gallbladder. He was fabulous! Dr Dodd was professional and incredibly informative. He answered all my questions with thought and great “bedside manner”. Gastric Sleeve or sleeve gastrectomy. I like the "Can do" attitude and patience Dr Bowden has when you're asking questions. He makes sure you don't get the cold shoulder and shown the door without you knowing exactly what you're in for. He gives you the realistic expectations and not false positives. There is no magic wand but this surgery can certainly help a great deal. I'd recommend Dr Bowden for sure. Lara was quite helpful and responsive also, thank you.

A great doctor that genuinely cares and is amazingly affordable. Do not let cost fool you more expensive does not always mean better, I got A+ work and care! Recommend Dr Rothwell to anyone looking to change their life.
