Ich bin durch das Internet auf clinics united aufmerksam geworden. Ich hab eine Nachricht geschrieben und bekam sehr schnell Antwort von Fatma. Fatma gat mir alle Fragen sehr schnell und geduldig beantwortet. Sie war immer freundlich aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich und hat mich in eine WhatsApp Gruppe verlinkt in der Mitglieder sind die schon eine op hatten oder noch vor sich haben. Das hat mir tatsächlich sehr gut gefallen da ich da schon sehr vieles mitbekommen habe und mir fragen beantwortet wurden die ich vor und nach der OP hatte. Ich hab Fatma mein Flugticket per WhatsApp geschickt daraufhin hat sie mir den op Termin bestätigt. Einen Tag vor Ankunft bekam ich eine Nachricht von dem lieben cenk das er mich am Flughafen abholt. Cenk hat mich zu allen Voruntersuchungen begleitet, er hat übersetzt, mit mir zusammen das schriftliche bearbeitet und war sehr diskret ,hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Ich hab mich im Krankenhaus sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Auch der Arzt war sehr nett. Er hat sich vor der OP vorgestellt kam nach der OP gleich ins Zimmer und bevor er Feierabend gemacht hat kam er noch mal. Und an den folgenden Tagen auch. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Und lieben Dank noch mal an cenk.

Dr Suleyman was fantastic! Gastric Sleeve surgery went very well and the doctor visited me daily while recovering. Even after suffering complications upon returning home the Dr stayed in constant contact with me and still does! Would highly recommend him to all.

Amazing company, family recommended this company after they came here for treatment previously and I seen their results. From the moment I got in contact with the care coordinator I felt at ease, we were in constant contact with each other and she was always available to answer any questions I had. When we arrived at the airport an amazing gentleman was there to greet us and take us to the hotel, he spoke very good English, when we arrived at the hospital we were taken to our room and then had all the tests done. The next day I went to theatre where I had a 360 tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift and implants, the surgeons were available to answer all my questions before my surgery which put me at ease, they came to check up on me everyday. All the nurses and doctors were amazing during our stay and couldn’t do enough for us they go above and beyond to accommodate us. I love the results from my surgery they truly are amazing and I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to get surgery done.

What a great experience I had with the whole team. I’m 7 weeks post surgery and I’ve lost almost 3 stones. Clinic was very thorough with many tests the day before my surgery. Operation went very well. I suffered a little gas pain here and there after the operation but the nurses were/ are very good at making sure you have pain relief if you need it. I had a lovely girl with me for all the tests who spoke very good English and translated anything I needed but quite a lot of the people doing the tests can speak some English so it was not a problem at all. The nursing staff were truly amazing. Nothing is to much trouble for them and unlike in the UK they come quickly if you buzz them. Our NHS in the UK is something to be proud of but it’s broken at the moment due to many reasons so my experience in the clinic was in fact better than our own NHS. Overall I felt very safe under dr Oruc and his staff and would not hesitate to recommend him and his team. Should you be sitting there worrying about the safety side of having surgery at this clinic please don’t worry. Also, the de is available when you come home via phone should you have any questions or issues which is good because sometimes you may forget to ask something while you’re in the hospital. I’ve had gastric sleeve, my wife has had gastric sleeve and our daughter has also had a gastric sleeve. You honestly very safe in dr Oruc and his team's hands. Thank you so much to the dr and his team got all the work they do. They are truly amazing people.
