I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I had my gastric sleeve surgery exactly 1 month ago. I am very satisfied with the clinic and especially with Dr. Barış and my coordinator Ömer. I was well-informed about everything. I felt very safe during my stay in the clinic with the team’s professional manner. Dr. Barış was very friendly and the clinic was very clean and modern. There is a family atmosphere and you feel very well cared for! Can't thank them enough.

Ich war vor einem Jahr bei Dr. Cem Arslan. Habe eine Magenverkleinerung Operation bekommen. Seitdem habe ich 50 Kilo abgenommen. Ich danke Dr. Cem Arslan. Er war sehr kompetent und fürsorglich. Auch die Nachsorge und nach Untersuchungen waren toll. Ich habe mich nie alleine gefühlt. Immer noch wenn ich Fragen habe, kommen die Antworten promt. Ich bin so froh das ich bei ihm war. Ich danke auch Zeynep seine Assistentin. Sie ist so toll. Immer für mich da. Ich kann jedem, der diese Operation machen möchte empfehlen die bei Dr. Cem Arslan an zu machen.

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

Just completed my eye lens replacement treatment through sam patient company. Everything went smoothly due to their professional staff namely Berfin and Mert. They are friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone seeking treatment.

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

It was wonderful to come across Clinichub. Unfortunately, although my soul is still young, our body succumbs to the times. It succumbs to gravity. If I look in the mirror while taking pictures and face the truth, we women don't like it very much. Just as I was feeling these feelings, my paths crossed at Clinichub... Luckily, our paths crossed. 💙 First I contacted for lower and upper eyelid surgery. I had a very successful operation. My doctor was very friendly and all the smiling Clinichub staff who took care of me before and after the operation took care of me. I was observed after the operation and informed about the progress. My checks were carried out… In short, everything was just perfect 💐 Every time I look in the mirror, I'm happy with my image. But once that process was over, I started to get stuck with my weight. At 57, I was about 80 pounds overweight, both physically and aesthetically. When I had my exams, my doctors kept telling me I needed to lose weight. My posture problems and back pain started with being overweight. So I contacted Clinichub again and asked for help. That's how I met my nutritionist, Mrs. Berna Göbeloğlu. First, various tests were carried out. She got to know me, learned my eating habits, what I liked and didn't like... A diet program was created for me. She has always assisted with online interviews when needed. It was also very nice to be social while on the diet. When I went out to eat with my friends, it was very nice to be able to send the menu to my dear nutritionist and eat a menu she approved. As she loves her job and has wholeheartedly supported me with her motivational speeches, I lost 20 Kilos in four months and I'm still going. Not just a nutritionist, but an exemplary human being and I am glad to have met her. My diet is not over yet, I will book a support program to learn how to maintain my weight. The only reason I am writing all these sentences with faith is Ms. Berna Göbeloğlu... If you want to lose your weight and be healthier and fitter, your path must cross Clinichub and Ms. Berna Göbeloğlu... You would be in a better mood with her and look healthier into life. Remember that you will gain not only your health but also a perfect health professional. While losing those pounds I referred my 32 year old daughter to Mrs. Berna, she lost 15 pounds and is still going on. It was Mrs. Berna Göbeloğlu who convinced my daughter, who doesn't think much of dieticians. My daughter, who met a nutritionist who does her job well, is very happy now too... Ms Berna Göbeloğlu is someone who will set an example for you with her own life… Her physical condition and fit looks will also inspire you… Berna is like my daughter now 💙 she will always have a place in my heart… Meet and start your adapted diet with her…. Before I forget, I have to say that my son and wife were also wondering if they should go to Mrs. Berna. Since my son has breathing problems, he will have all his surgeries done with Clinichub. Aside from the eyelid surgery and my personalized regimen, I also had fillers on my face for my wrinkles. I can only say that it was very effective. I recommend ClinicHub to everyone.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I arrived Wednesday 15th June for gastric sleeve on my own was feeling very nervous but was put at ease from start to finish. Now at hotel waiting to get a flight home in the morning.

Dr Mani & his team were amazing. Could not have ask for anything else. The team were so helpful & they could not do enough for you. I had researched for over a year before I booked to go over as a friend recommended them and I would recommend 100%. Speaking over Whatsapp also I did send some silly questions but nothing was too much for them at all. Aftercare is amazing too. I am only 1 week post op and the results are great.

I was really excited in the beginning, but everybody was very friendly I really want to thank the nurses who took care of us. Yesim, damla, busra, nasiba abla, melda, seda, mahsun and ömer I really appreciate their help. Also Tufan hocam you’re the best very friendly and explained everything to us to let us know. It takes time but at the end of the day, we will see improvement in ourselves. Thank you, everybody.

I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk and this hospital for anyone considering this surgery. An excellent experience.

A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

I have been searching for the right clinic for a long time. I finally found the place that could understand my wishes and give me reassurance about my questions. I had a tummy tuck surgery 5 months ago. The JFS Clinic was impeccable and the care was 11 /10. I was so happy with my amazing plastic surgeon and the results I have now I could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend this clinic if you are considering surgery in Turkey. I can't wait to have my facelift with them!

I had a gastric sleeve in April 2021 with Dr. Osman. Everything was unexpectedly good and I will highly recommend them. They were always checking up on me, the doctor, Melih, and the nurses all were very friendly and at the same time very professional. It's been one year (I've lost 48kg) since I had my surgery and I still receive messages from them to see how I'm doing. The doctor was every time on the phone to answer my questions no matter what time was. He was more a friend than a simply surgeon!!! If you're thinking to have this surgery, this is the place where you should do it.

I had a gastric sleeve surgery at Arpanu Medical with Dr Ceyhun Aydogan. It was a very difficult experience for me because of personal and family problems that I faced before and during the experience but the staff working with Dr Aydogan and the staff at the hospital were all amazing and very supportive. I did a lot of research before I decided to have my surgery with Dr Aydogan. I first got in touch with his clinic in mid-July 2023 and a month after that and after a lot of research, I made my decision to have the surgery with them. My surgery was planned for October 23 but due to a family emergency only a day before my travel I had to postpone it to an indefinite period. They were very understanding and supportive. After 2 weeks I contacted them again and asked if I could have the surgery in a week. Their schedule was quite full but they managed to fit me in and I was able to travel to Istanbul and have the surgery on Nov 15. During this whole process communication with the clinic was on the highest level. I had so many questions and they answered every single one of them in detail. The most important thing to remember is that every country has a different way of doing things and you should never assume that things are done the same way you are used to in your own country. Never assume anything. Enquire about everything and ask a lot of questions. They will answer in detail. I was not able to take a friend or family member with me and I was worried and scared because I was taking a huge step into the unknown with a support person by my side but everything went smoothly. The day I arrived in Istanbul I was picked up by a very helpful and polite driver. He advised me on shopping centres and restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel was nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. Very early the next morning a driver picked me and another patient from the hotel and took us to the hospital where we had all our tests done. By 9 am test results were ready and they gave me the clear to have the surgery. In the meantime, 4 other patients were having the surgery on that day and each one of us had a translator. My translator, Marcos was very polite. His English was excellent and he patiently translated all my questions and the answers. Even though I didn’t have a friend or a family member with me, Dr Aydogan, the hospital staff, Marcos and even the other translators made me feel at home and as if I had known them for years. The surgery went smoothly. No complications whatsoever. I stayed in the hospital for 2 days altogether and even though I was in a bit of pain everyone was so nice that it made everything better. Just before going back to the hotel, I had a visit by one of the dieticians who explained to me the diet stages I had to follow and informed me about the WhatsApp group for follow-up. My recovery was very quick. I was able to go shopping and do tourist stuff the day after I left the hospital. The only problem with that though was the tempting smells of grilled corn and roasted chestnuts sold everywhere on the streets when I was stuck with consuming just clear broth. Since I’ve returned home the team of dieticians have been diligently i. Touch and support every step of the way. Dieticians Doga and Selvi and Dr Mohammed have been always in touch advising me of my different post-op diet stages and encouraging me with every step. Overall it was a very good experience. The only thing that probably needs to be better is having 24-hour support during the hotel stay post-op. There are nurses available at the hotel but they are only there during the day. I had an allergic reaction late at night and there was no one to advise me what to do. I had never had an allergic reaction in my life before and my whole body was itching and I had hives all over my body and my neck was starting to swell. Luckily I knew exactly what was happening because my son has had similar allergic reactions. I called the hotel receptionist and asked if there were any late-night pharmacies. The receptionist organised a taxi driver to go bring me the antihistamine I wanted. If I hadn’t known what to do they were ready to call an ambulance. The next morning the nurses came to see me and contacted the doctor. And the doctor’s advice gave me an injection just before my flight to ensure my trip back home was without any complications and the allergy didn’t flare up again. I think it’s normal that things like this happen but to make the service better it would be ideal to have a support contact person who is available outside normal working hours.
