I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I came to Novemed on the 14th of June to have my sleeve done and all of the staff are really nice and very attentive.

After my sister had her gastric sleeve in January 2023 and I saw the results of her surgery and health I decided to also have one. I booked for the 13th of November. The largest weight I was, was 25stone and 11lbs but with the liver reduction diet and my willpower, I got down to 24stone and 5lbs on the day of surgery. I was of course nervous because of my size but Dr Cengiz reassured me that I would be OK and that he was shocked at how healthy I was for someone of my size. However, he said that wouldn't last and in 5years time I would have all the same health issues as my sister had. Our mother died from heart disease at 47 and my sister was diagnosed with the same. So I knew I was running out of time as I was 7 stone heavier than my sister, to begin with. They came and got me around 4.30 pm and I was very bewildered being wheeled down to the operating room but the staff were very reassuring. I couldn't even have a relaxer as they had trouble finding a vein but they did and I accidentally pulled it out during one of the pre-op tests. The anaesthetist put a cannula in and before I knew it I was asleep and the next thing I knew I was being slapped around the face and being told to breathe. My throat was sore but I eventually took a breath. I wasn't in pain at all, I wasn't tired either. The care I received was the best I've had. If I needed pain relief I got it, if I felt sick I got sick. The nurses and doctors were brilliant even though there was a language barrier sometimes. I cannot fault the care or aftercare I've had from Apera and would recommend them highly to others. I am currently almost 5 stone down and my health has improved and my energy levels are so much better too. Thank you opera for giving me my life back.

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center 6 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made! He was really nice, calming and professional. All of my anxieties were cleared after meeting the surgeon. My wife was able to stay at the hospital with me for the moral support. I wasn't in pain after the surgery. The nurses were checking up on me a lot. The surgeon came to see me after the surgery as well. They gave me detailed information about what to expect after the surgery. Once I came back home Clinic Center's aftercare team contacted me to check up on my recovery. I was about 330lbs before I had the surgery and I lost 42lbs in 6 months which makes me feel amazing. I'm still losing weight and I cannot wait until I reach my ideal weight. Thank you Clinic Center for helping me to have a healthier life. I've been recommending you guys to my family and friends, you guys are the best!

It’s been my 5th day after my breast augmentation and I’m so satisfied with the result. Staff was super friendly and the surgeon is very skilled. I also got some cute gifts after my check-up. I also loved the hotel and the clinic. 10/10.

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

I have just had a face and neck lift procedure with Clinics United in Antalya. I can only give full praise for the service and care that they given me in the week I spent in their care. I was given a detailed price list right from the start which included everything apart from my flight costs. Maksim met me at the airport on arrival and took me to the hotel where he sorted everything out. The next day he picked me up and was with me all the time until I went to theatre which was great support as I cannot speak any Turkish. I met my lovely surgeon Doctor Prof Erol Demirseren who explained what I would be having done and he reassured me everything would be great. At 3pm I was down theatre as arranged and had the procedure. When I was back at my room the staff were excellent with checks being done all the time. In the morning Doctor Prof Erol Demirseren and his assistant Eren visited with Maksim to check how I was and did I have any questions. This excellent service continued until I left Antalya. This treatment was second to none which continued after I returned to the hotel, so I felt very relaxed and happy. Maksim made sure I was eating ok and fetched me soup and my prescription and was a star. I cannot thank everyone concerned enough and would not hesitate to use Clinics United if I wanted another procedure.

I had an unforgettable experience, thank you for your service. They make treatments affordable compared to others. The hospital I got admitted to was extremely pleasant, very clean and spacious, the staff will look after you properly and will care for you. Everything was sorted from airport pick up, doing tests in the lab, follow-up care after surgery and everything. I am truly grateful for the work you do, hope you help a lot more people

I had my procedure on 07/11/22 and returned home 6 days later. From start to finish it was a professional, caring, reassuring and great experience. My surgeon was Mustafa Keleş, who was friendly, funny and reassuring and his work is fabulous. I had a breast lift and areas of lipo which I am over the moon with the results. Super after care from nurses at the clinic. Big thank you to Oguz and Olivia for supporting me at each step before and after my procedures. I would and have recommended AYT 100%.

My experience with Dr. Ragıp from Medhera Health Clinic was amazing from start to finish. His front office staff are so kind, flexible, and easy to work with to schedule your appointments. Dr. Ragıp is very warm and compassionate and it's clear he cares about you as a patient. He is very skilled at articulating exactly what you need as an individual patient, and I really appreciated his individualized approach to care. He made me feel safe from the moment I met him and I knew that I could trust him with my care and I wasn't nervous at all about my procedure. The results...STUNNING. They are beyond my wildest dreams for what I expected. It was wonderful to come across Clinichub. Unfortunately, although my soul is still young, our body succumbs to the times. It succumbs to gravity. I started my journey when I sent my 1st WhatsApp, I had thought about getting it done for over a year, my gynaecologist recommended that I get it done. So I looked up the best places in Istanbul. Two of my friends had got their sleeve here and had fantastic results so I sent a message on WhatsApp. From the minute I did I was given the best advice, told every single detail of what was involved, it was outstanding. Every single time I messaged I was never waiting more than 2 or 3 minutes for an answer. I went over, a driver picked me up straight away from the airport. I went to the most beautiful 5* hotel to relax the night before. Then picked up the next morning by my driver and brought to the hospital. The nurses and doctors were just so nice and welcoming from start to finish. I got my sleeve the day after I arrived. I was walking around that night not a bother. I was so positive going because I knew 2 people who had we t before me, that's a massive thing, be positive and everything will be fine. The hospital is spotless, its so quite and lovely, I would highly recommend it.Thank you so much to everyone, Dr Boc, the nurses and Fatih Ozturk who was messaging me on WhatsApp before and still now to make sure everything is okay, it's really appreciated. I have just had a gastric sleeve fitted here at this hospital on 24/6/22. DR MANI, and all the hospital staff absolutely fantastic. I could not wish to go to a more friendly, efficient hospital. Beautiful smiles all the time on staff's faces, from surgeons, nursing staff, cleaners. Medication always on time, constantly check on you. I'd definitely go back there. Ask them anything, and they will answer or find out for you straight away. Have own driver, he is fantastic to, will also take you anywhere. This hospital very highly recommended you won't regret it. Thank you all of you. On to be a new lady now. Doing very well. My weight loss in 7 days is now 1 stone exactly.
