The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

I have been going to Novello and seeing Yulia for years now. I have regular facials and see Yulia for my muscle relaxing injections and red light therapy. I have the most incredible results from these treatments and can quite confidently say I have never been happier with my skin. I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ash for giving me back my self-confidence! I had several unsightly lesions on my scalp which had caused me much embarrassment and distress over many years as they were visible through my thinning hair. Although I was told by GPs these lesions were benign (seborrhoeac keratosis) and therefore did not warrant removal, also that I was likely to lose my hair in the process, I was so relieved at my first consultation with Dr Ash when she said she could remove them altogether and I would not lose my hair! She explained the procedure to me and I was completely convinced and excited that at last someone was able to help me feel better about my appearance again! I have now completed the course of treatment, which was painless and I am delighted with the results! Dr Ash was so kind and caring throughout my experience, I felt completely relaxed the whole time. I am now looking forward to receiving further treatment with Dr Ash for my thinning hair. Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for.
