I went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to have 6 largish moles removed. They have been the bugbear of my life. The staff there were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. Though the price was at the high end of what I was promised, they took 2 more off me and were very good at keeping me informed after the procedure. I had the stitches off last Friday and can certainly see some good results but clearly will take a bit longer.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. It can be scary getting fillers in a country not your own but his English is impeccable and I am very pleased with my results. I would definitely recommend.

I booked an appointment to have a skin tag removed and was totally delighted with the service I was given. Treatment was done and over in 10 mins to a very high standard. Should I ever require any other treatments I’ll definitely go back there. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Well to begin with, my very 1st person to thank will be Dr. Catherine Bergeret-Galley which she’s extraordinarily kind and professional a very preferable choice if anyone wants to get the treatment on this field. It was on Tuesday the 25th of July I had my plastic surgery and all the staff and each and everyone which I was supposed to pass on this procedure are all amazing people. I came here to touch up my dermal fillers after disappointing results from Croatia. I thought I knew what I needed but the doctor made a few suggestions and I agreed to his plan. I was blown away. The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. We spoke of his skincare line and were given full size sunscreen and cleanser. In addition, on the way out I decided to buy some serum and moisturizer and still came in what I would spend elsewhere. Honestly, an overall home run in results, cost and friendliness. Dr., I will see you again!!

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
