She recommended what she thought was best suited for me and I am so glad I went with her recommendation. My biggest thing was I wanted just subtle improvements that no one could tell and also have movement in my forehead. I have had five sessions of acupuncture for severe daily migraines which I have been unable to treat with medications and massage for years. This has worked. I had a combination of reflexology and acupuncture today which was an excellent service. I would recommend this therapist. She seems to be very experienced. I wish I had visited her sooner.
