In the past, I had a bad experience with an aesthetic treatment so understood all too well the importance of choosing a highly trained and highly knowledgeable practitioner. It was also important for me to visit a clinic that would know how to treat me if things did not go quite to plan. With every topical medication and aesthetic treatment, there are side effects that patients may, unfortunately, an experience that can't always be avoided. Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction to one of the medications I was prescribed, when I contacted the clinic I was reviewed quickly over the phone and seen in clinic that day. Dr Raj assessed me and was very reassuring, he was able to prescribe me medications I needed to promptly treat the allergy without me having to wait for an appointment with my own GP. My symptoms reduced quickly and I was supported throughout this time. I was reviewed again a few days later to check that my symptoms were responding well to treatment. I can't emphasise enough how important it is if you are considering any kind of treatment to ensure the clinic you are visiting pride themselves on patient safety.

Came to Divine You for marionette line filler and cheek fillers, Lynsey was very professional and made me feel at ease, I felt relaxed throughout the treatment and was happy with the result. Would highly recommend and will be back.

I came to this dentist after having had multiple mixed experiences elsewhere. I was instantly at ease at how kind the staff at the front desk were. This was followed through in the treatment room where everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was rushed. I wasn’t made to feel like just another customer. CACI treatment was excellent! I just completed a course of 10, good value because you get 2 free. The therapist didn't always go by the book, which is a good thing as she analysed my skin's need then plan appropriate treatments. My friends told me I look younger, my face is bright and more plumped. I also had a pedicure just to try out, will definitely go back soon instead of going elsewhere. Much better than my usual pedicure place! I chose Exclusive clinic because it's closer to my house than my previous clinic. A little sceptical at first as I have been going to my previous clinic for over a decade for CACI treatments. After seeing the result and completed my course of 10, I have booked for the next course. I had treatment for wrinkles done by Kay and couldn't be happier. I was quite nervous at first as I didn't want to look silly but Kay reassured me and put me at so much ease. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!!
