The Mulberry Clinic is a place where whichever treatment you choose you are welcomed and made to feel at ease. Jenny is very friendly , professional and takes lots of time to make you feel relaxed. I'm very scared of needles and Jenny was caring and helped me overcome my fear. Anyone choosing to have their treatments at Mulberry Clinic will feel extremely looked after and carefully listened too to understand your needs. I have had treatments here for over 3 years and would highly recommend the clinic. The treatments are not expensive in comparison to others. Certainly money well spent for the quality of care and results.

As a man with very hairy eyebrows, I was looking for a place that did eye Brow microabrasion. I came across the Skin Mod Aesthetic clinic. I called in without an appointment, I was greeted by Tia who was very welcoming and professional, she took the time to explain the whole procedure in detail, without any hard sell, I was very impressed and booked an app to have my eyebrows done. I have to say it was the best decision I ever made. When I arrived for my appointment the following week, I was again greeted by the staff in a very warming and professional way, I was offered a seat and refreshments. I was then taken to the consultation room by Tia and she explained everything she was going to do at each stage, from anaesthetising eyebrows to complete the whole procedure. I was unsure about the colouring I needed and Tia explained what colour was best by matching my hair and skin colouring. Tia constantly reassured me and made me completely at ease. She also offered me a mirror to see how the procedure was going, she also reiterated that if at any stage I was not happy to inform her. I can not tell you how I felt when I saw the end result, it was way beyond my expectations and the feeling it gave me was amazing, I went in the clinic having patchy sparse eyebrows to walking out with fuller and shaped eyebrows. I am a nurse and expect very high standards and can honestly say the clinic layout was immaculately clean and comfortable. I could not have asked for any more from the Skin Mod Aesthetic clinic. the cost was also well within my budget. The thing that really impressed me was the knowledge, skills and caring manner that Tia possessed and being a man I was not made to feel uncomfortable at any point. I am so happy with the outcome, I have brilliantly fuller and shaped eyebrows. I highly recommend the Skin Mod Aesthetic Clinic, the care and treatment I received were incredible and it was definitely value for money. To all you guys that want better fuller and shaped eyebrows, go for it, it changes the whole of your face and looks for the better. Many thanks, Tia and staff.
