I see Dr Raquel regularly for polynucleotide treatment for my acne scars at her West Malling clinic. Dr Raquel is extremely professional and knowledgable and made me feel at ease at every appointment. I’m extremely happy with my results and the treatments have made a feel difference to my confidence as I’m able to feel good without makeup. I would recommend Dr Raquel to anyone! She’s a real expert at what she does as well as being a lovely person.

I had a treatment in my forehead. I chose this clinic as it was local to me. The pharmacy was very clean and tidy. My practitioner was so kind as I was very nervous. He explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. I will be returning definitely.

I have been going to Kelly for all my cosmetic enhancement treatments since 2012. Kelly came highly recommended at the time by a well known cosmetic surgeon. I have been a regular all these years and never ever thought about looking for any other practitioner. I have always had Treatment for Wrinkles done with Kelly and the result was superb on each occasion. Huge boost to my confidence. I am now 53 but everyone thinks I am in my mid-forties. There never once have been any need for correction. Kelly would only use the minimal amount to achieve the 10 years younger effect. She’s got truly golden hands. I have had fillers many times. Kelly would always carefully choose the particular appropriate type. I always leave the decision to her. I always come out of the clinic looking fresher, rejuvenated and no bruising. I had numerous Peels and even the IV Boosters. All done with maximum safety and results. My friends have always commented on my pleasing appearance and I have never hesitated to recommend Kelly.

Absolutely love this clinic. The staff are super friendly and the whole place is spotlessly clean. I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
