5 weeks post-op -breast augmentation from A to C. I cannot recommend Dr Matthew James highly enough. It took me almost 20 to finally go through with the operation, as I was always too scared to commit to the surgery in case something went wrong. After my initial consultation with Dr James, I knew straight away that I'm in safe hands. He made me feel very comfortable, very honest, thorough in explaining the pros and cons, answered all my questions and made the whole process feel really easy (which it was to be honest). Didn't feel any pressure at all to commit to the surgery which was a big bonus for me. He gave me an option of sizes, and his recommendations and I'm very happy that I have listened to him rather than going too big (5 weeks later and I don't really feel that I had the surgery or that I have implants in (they feel so in sync with my body). My breasts look very natural, and I couldn't be happier. The surgery itself went really well, staff at the Cadogan Clinic were really nice and carrying. Straight after the operation I felt fine, almost no pain, no bruising at all Incisions were really small and neat, few months and I probably won't even remember that they are there. Communication has been very easy and Tracey, his PA is also super nice and brilliant at answering any questions. Pricing was very clear from the beginning, with no hidden costs. Dr James was recommended to me by my friend, and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone who is looking for a natural results!

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. I had this treatment to reduce the vertical ‘bar code’ lines above my mouth. Three sessions have more or less gotten rid of the lines completely – and my mouth now looks the same age as the rest of my skin. Which is amazing! But what I wasn’t expecting is for the treatment to massively improve not just those lines above my mouth, but my whole face. My skin is smoother and fresher, and the whole process was completely painless.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Despite the high-end vibe, this clinic won't break the bank. The staff is incredibly friendly, I'm always offered a drink, and during my first consultation, the dentist explained everything crystal clear putting my mind at ease. They also have a skin clinic! I found out that they have injectable treatment that can work wonders for teeth grinding. It’s been a game-changer for my tension headaches. I wish I knew about it sooner.
