I have been coming to the Dr Rita Rakus clinic for many years now and I always have the best treatments and results after visiting. This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

I chose London Medical because they were one of the first clinics to respond. I had excessive sweating treatment here, but the results were not that great. I expected more considering they gave me the maximum dosage. I’ll contact them for a follow-up so they can shed some light on the situation. The clinic was fine. I’ll need to speak to them to ask if there’s anything they can do to give me better results. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks before I saw the final outcome, but I’ll check in with them because I’m not satisfied with the progress so far.

Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face.
