Ilian has held directorship positions in Eurocom Cable, Digital City Media, Golden Pages, United Medical and United Health Insurance.

Andrey’s most recent position was a Co-CEO and a Chairman of United Medical Bulgaria, the first private integrated healthcare provider in Bulgaria. Prior to that for 13 years he had been a Director of Finance and Administration of St. Ekaterina Hospital in Sofia and of National Center for Cardio-vascular Diseases for 6 years. St. Ekaterina Hospital is the fourth largest hospital in Bulgaria and the largest cardiology and cardiac surgery hospital in the country.

Medical Director of City Clinic. He has numerous medical publications and has participated in numerous medical seminars and congresses on the national and international level. He is Memeber of the board of directors of International Society of Endovascular Specialists. Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology.
