Sports Massage

Sports Massage Therapy is a thorough programme of recovery from acute and chronic pain syndromes which utilises specific massage therapy, flexibility stretching, and home care to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain patterns. This specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief will help to bring about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. Utilising  NeuroMuscular Techniques it enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics (movement) and it releases endorphins, the body's own natural pain killers. It can be part of a comprehensive programme, complementing all other health care modalities.

Reflexology

Reflexology - Body and Health Creation
Reflexology is a specific pressure technique applied to the feet or hands where all the internal body structures and organs are mapped or mirrored in miniature. The ancient art of reflexology accesses these nerve endings which are linked to every organ and system of the body. Through skilful manipulation a reflexologist can help to unblock the flow of energy in organs and rebalance entire systems. It is a simple non-invasive treatment, which aims to enhance the energy flow and thus essentially work the entire body and all its systems encouraging the body to restore itself and work again in unison.
