Dr Robbie Hunt

Biography:
Dr Robbie Hunt is the founder of Wellbeing Chiropractic. He practices as the principal chiropractor 6 days a week from Pakenham and Hawthorn locations. After being awarded clinical excellence from RMIT University he began his career working in various multidisciplinary practices around Melbourne as a locum Chiropractor. Robbie went on to gain valuable clinical experience volunteering internationally before opening Wellbeing Chiropractic. For over 14 years, Robbie has been trusted to care for world champion athletes, Olympic medalists, entertainers, industry leaders, new born babies and many others. Robbie has a passion for health education, he is an author, a clinician for RMIT University’s M-PIL mentor program and a corporate health speaker. Robbie’s Chiropractic journey began after he was in a serious motor vehicle accident and spent 2 years in a rehabilitation program at Epworth hospital. It was through this personal experience of healing and returning to full health that he learned first-hand the amazing potential of the human body and ultimately the positive effects of Chiropractic. Robbie Hunt Robbie encourages all people, regardless of age or physical status, to consider Chiropractic care and experience the benefits it may offer. Robbie has particular interest in seeing individuals suffering chronic pain conditions including Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue and Headaches. In 2012 Robbie released a book entitled “The Chiropractic Way To Health,” a self-help book for Chiropractic patients or those interested in learning more about Chiropractic techniques. When not in practice, Robbie’s other passions is cycling down Beach Road, traveling and spending time with his young family. Robbie is a member of the CAA (Chiropractors Association of Australia) and is a registered Chiropractor in the state of Victoria under the Chiropractor’s board of Australia. He is available for consultation Monday to Saturday at both Hawthorn and Pakenham practices.
Dr Peter Vrakatselis -  at Wellbeing Chiropractic Sunbury

Dr Peter Vrakatselis

Biography:
Dr Peter graduated from the prestigious RMIT University Chiropractic program with a Masters Degree in Clinical Chiropractic with Distinction results. As a Chiropractor, Dr Peter is qualified in spinal diagnosis and management. Dr Peter Prior to graduating as Doctor of Chiropractic, Peter worked as a Myotherapist, a university level musculoskeletal therapist. He worked with professional sporting teams in AFL and NBL with injury management and rehabilitation. His most recent role was working as Head Sports Trainer at an amateur AFL club. This has given Dr Peter a wealth of experience in the management of different types of injuries and conditions both spinal and extra spinal (upper &lower limbs). As a Myotherapist, he worked alongside many allied health professionals throughout Victoria. It was this experience where he was exposed to the amazing benefits of Chiropractic and led him to pursue a career as a Chiropractor. Dr Peter is interested in helping anyone with their health goals, focusing on nervous system and spinal health and overall function. From children to the elderly or from athletes to retirees, Dr Peter is passionate about health and wellness and for everyone to reach their full health potential and get the most out of life. Dr Peter’s special interest is in helping to facilitate the health goal journey of his clients, not only by traditional Chiropractic methods but also by self-empowerment and education. Dr Peter has years of training using an array of specific and gentle Chiropractic techniques and has completed post graduate studies in upper cervical Atlas Orthogonal technique. When Dr Peter is not in practice, focusing on nervous system, spinal health and overall function of his clients, Dr Peter is at the gym, staying physically active, in the study keeping up to date with the latest research or out with family and friends, enjoying life’s most simple pleasures. Dr Peter is fluent in both English and Hellenic (Greek). Biography:
Dr Adam Curwood is a senior Chiropractor in Hawthorn and Hoppers Crossing at Wellbeing Chiropractic. He is available for consultation 6 days/ week from the Hoppers Crossing and Hawthorn practices. Adam graduated from RMIT University with Distinction in Masters of Clinical Chiropractic and has previously worked at clinics in Pakenham and St. Kilda. Dr Adam Curwood Adam’s Chiropractic story doesnt actually begin in Hawthorn or Hoppers Crossing it began when he was 15 years of age after he visited a local chiropractor for severe headaches and low back pains that had been bothering him for 2 school terms and affecting his ability to play sport. Adam gained significant relief after only a handful of chiropractic adjustments, and after applying the lifestyle and exercise advice he was given, was back at his best in no time! At the time of Adam’s first introduction to Chiropractic, he was playing soccer for Victoria at a national level and was extremely active, his parents and him, decided to continue his chiropractic care in the form of monthly “Wellness” adjustments to keep his body fine-tuned, working at it’s best and to lessen the likelihood of injuries given his high physical workload. Adam has continued this routine to this day and strongly believes in the idea of using chiropractic proactively, and not just reactively or when you are in pain. Adam is currently undertaking post graduate studies in Sports Chiropractic based at our Hoppers Crossing Chiropractor practice. He hopes to implement these skills he is learning to further assist current and future athletes in the Hawthorn and Hoppers Crossing area. He has also attended seminars on sacro-occipital technique (S.O.T), Thompson, Diversified, Gonstead, Functional Neurology and more. Adam has a keen passion for further study and knowledge to give his clients the best possible management and results. Adam is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia and the Australian Spinal Research Foundation. He is also a founder of the Health Care Cup, AFL matches played between male and female chiropractic, osteopathic and physiotherapy aimed to raise money for the Australian Spinal Research Foundation. When not in practice, Adam enjoys running, going to the gym, running and surfing. Adam also enjoys playing water polo socially once a week with friends.
