Followed by an examination including any other diagnostic tests requiredand , then a treatment plan .  Treatment , advice and self-help all in the first session. We will try and explain to you what could be wrong and treat accordingly.Osteopathsrus provides ultrasound therapy treatment as part of the session and if needed  , great for the acute pains and strains such as twisting your ankle or a tennis/golfers elbow/plantar fasciitis /facet joint inflammation etc etc. If we feel you need to be referred on we can do that as well.

I needed a physio to give advice on a family member who had suffered a serious break of her arm. Having previously been very active she had become bedridden. The physio did a number of checks and persevered despite the fact that the patient was unable to communicate. The physio suggested a possible cause which I believe is correct even though it was a surprise. The fee was good value and I intend to have regular assessments in future.

All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.
