My expectations were met higher than I expected. The transplant took quite a long time and they took very good care of me in the process. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Mr. Karantonis is an example of an excellent person and doctor. On the first visit to his office, he inspired me with such confidence that in a very short time we scheduled my blepharoplasty. My experience before, during and after the operation is unique. His attitude and behavior make me feel completely safe. And the result is unique and far beyond the expectations, not only of mine, but also of others. Unbelievable ?? And yet! What impresses me the most, and I thank him warmly, is the admiration for his work that I see in women and men who have seen operations similar to mine in others. And of course he deserves a lot of congratulations for his team selection. So much light from beautiful smiles gathered in a doctor's office. I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.
