Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

Hello, I was there. I had surgery 4 days ago (stomach reduction). Everything is going well, even though I don't speak the language, I was received and treated very well by the very competent and friendly nursing staff. Not to forget the many doctors and surgeons! The hospital is very clean and organized! And don't forget my lovely German translator (Hülya), who is always ready to help with whatever is needed! Thank you all.

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I am happy with my BBL done by Doctor Mehmet Ceber. Transportation was great. Everything went fine but piece of advice when you do an operation like BBL, make sure you have someone with you to assist and help you after the operation.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had my son a few weeks ago for a cleft lip he had from birth and I had a wonderful experience. At first, I was anxious because all parents feel this way when their kids have problems, but the doctor Karandonis made us feel comfortable. He was friendly and great at what he did. He knew how to make everyone feel at ease and my son was very happy with the result. He says doctor Karandonis fixed his lip. And me as a mother very happy with how this experience turned out and very thankful to the doctor, the hospital and the staff. Thank you all!

The staff here are incredible. Super polite and helpful and retain regular contact with patients to ensure that there are no problems in the weeks and months post-op. The doctors and nurses have been super informative and supportive so that I was able to undergo my procedure without any stress and when there was any delay, I was always accommodated. The clinic is clean and modern. The procedure was quick and personalised to what I wanted and I am very thrilled with my results.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Initial enquiries were made to Weronika who effectively and gently guided me through the whole process she was supportive professional patient and gave me great confidence in choosing Allmedica Weronika then introduced me to my English-speaking host the wonderful Oscar who was an absolute comfort, incredibly helpful and diligent. Oscar was superb at his job and always made you feel like you were in safe capable hands I was then introduced to my surgeon. Who instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!
