Good hospital service! The staff is very friendly and they are enthusiastic to help and answer my questions. The hospital also has a shared car to transport you the doctor or surgery to keep the building.

I originally went in for a consult on removing a large mole, IPL, dimpleplasty, and a Thread Lift for my nose bridge. But after speaking with Dr. Tham, it was clear my main concern was pain and after appearances. I ended up getting a sub Q injection for my nose, no dimpleplasty but went for an IPL and mole removal. The overall experience was pretty painless and perhaps the nose turned out the best. (A week later I am still healing so I can’t say how well the other treatments turned out.) My other fear was also to have a doctor sell me treatments I didn’t need or wouldn’t fit me, and It went perfectly fine. The consult was a true consult and I felt more educated on the processes and he addressed all my concerns. If I am in Singapore again, I would go here for treatment! (Also the appointment process was smooth too and the nurses very nice!)

The reviews are real, I'm a 62-year-old male Australian who looks closer to his 40s after an incredible facelift surgery. The customer care service is second to none even though my hotel was across the road from the Clinic they insisted on putting me in a taxi on all my visits back and forth. Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.

Really happy with the procedure I did with Dr. Rohit. Post surgery also he still was in regular touch and taking out time for virtual check-ups. He is very professional at what he does, and a reason why he (and his staff) deserves so much respect. I felt very excited after hair transplant because I saw myself getting younger. My hair grew faster than I expected. The experience of hair transplant in Hanfei was really good. The doctor answered my questions in detail. I felt very relaxed during the hair transplant. There was a little pain during the injection of anaesthetics, but no other discomfort later. The scabs in the planting area were a little itchy, but I didn't scratch them, because the doctor told me not to scratch them, just let them fall off naturally. On the tenth day, I cleared the scabs. Now my hair looks natural. I am very happy.
