8 years ago I had breast augmentation at a Brisbane cosmetic surgeon who uses the fluffy Brazilian implants. After some publicity about possible links to lymphoma and some ongoing mild pain, I had an ultrasound on both breasts. After receiving the results of inflamed lymph nodes on one side and a possible rupture on the other, I was sent for an MRI which concluded that one side had in fact ruptured. I was referred to Dr Doyle by a friend who was also extremely happy with her replacement. From the beginning to the final visit, Dr Doyle and his staff were brilliant. I felt at ease, well informed about the procedure and its risks. The costs associated were also well explained. I had visited an alternative plastic surgeon for an initial consult, as I did not want to return to the original surgeon for my surgery. I felt that this surgeon rushed me to make a decision to have the implants out immediately, which Dr Doyle certainly didn’t do at all. He was so calm and informative. I couldn’t be happier with my decision, he is fantastic!

Rhinoplasty can straighten a nose, change the shape of all parts of the nose and improve breathing difficulties.  This procedure can attract Medicare and Health Insurance rebates in some patients, particularly if the procedure is done to correct problems from an injury or there are breathing issues. During your consultation Dr. Doyle uses digital imagery to give you a personal preview of the difference your new nose could make to your appearance. Rhinoplasty is performed under general anesthesia and normally takes 1 to 2 hours to complete. It is a day stay in hospital and you will have a splint on your nose that will need to be removed by our nurses at 5-7 days post operation.  Normal activity can be resumed in 2 to 3 weeks.
