There are three primary implant types and these are silicone, saline or polyurethane coated silicone implants.

As we age, gravity takes its effect on the forehead and eyebrow resulting in the eyebrow falling down, causing an apparent excess of skin in the upper eyelid. Horizontal forehead creases and vertical lines between the eyebrows can give the impression of anger, tiredness & stress. This can make us look more severe or harsh. A brow/ forehead lift can lift and tighten the forehead skin minimizing wrinkles and removing the excess upper eyelid skin. The result is a more refreshed, youthful appearance to the eyes.Dr. Doyle uses an endoscope, a viewing instrument that allows the procedure to be performed with minimal incisions. An endoscopic brow or forehead lift leaves small scars in the scalp and healing is usually complete within 2 weeks.The endoscopic brow/forehead lift is often combined with other facial cosmetic procedures, including facelift, blepharoplasty or anti-wrinkle injections.

Rhinoplasty can straighten a nose, change the shape of all parts of the nose and improve breathing difficulties.  This procedure can attract Medicare and Health Insurance rebates in some patients, particularly if the procedure is done to correct problems from an injury or there are breathing issues. During your consultation Dr. Doyle uses digital imagery to give you a personal preview of the difference your new nose could make to your appearance. Rhinoplasty is performed under general anesthesia and normally takes 1 to 2 hours to complete. It is a day stay in hospital and you will have a splint on your nose that will need to be removed by our nurses at 5-7 days post operation.  Normal activity can be resumed in 2 to 3 weeks.
