The surgeon checked in with me the next day and I was happy to report very tolerable pain and no need for extra bed rest. I was doing great at my one-week post-op appointment. I had an appointment on September 1st at 8:30 am with Dr. Young. He was knowledgeable and talked me through the types of growth I had. It was benign. But I still had it removed and was talked through the local injection. In the first five minutes and that was the worst part. Then after I felt very little pain. Then Dr. Young talked me through the process and the procedure was done in twenty-five minutes.
