I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Ashraf this past year, and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and outcome. In the first consultation, where he took his time, patiently answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns, his expertise and commitment shone through immediately. I had a gut feeling I wouldn't find another surgeon who would be better and make me feel as comfortable as he did. And I was correct. Dr Ashraf's exceptional surgical and stitching skills made my scars appear invisible after just 8 months. His dedication to providing the utmost care for a whole year and delivering high ethical standards throughout is truly commendable. He understands the emotional journey of a breast procedure. I can also vouch for Dr. Ashraf's commitment to patient well-being, as he never recommends unnecessary procedures. I was inquiring about lifting and fat transfer to which he gave me his honest opinion and recommended that I wait until after the procedure in order to see the final result, then we decide whether it's needed. He didn't want to add the extra scars on my breast unnecessarily. I'm grateful for his pragmatic approach and happy I listened to his advice. I now have a nice natural outcome with no visible scars. Really, he puts your health as his priority as much as the outcome. Special mention to Mrs. Ghada, the Clinic Operations Manager, she is absolutely superb. Extremely efficient and accurate with keeping appointments, always very friendly and accommodating, and nothing really seems too much trouble for her. As a German national, this was something exceptional to experience here. The whole team deserve utmost praise from how the clinic is run and kept clean to how nice they all treat their patients, incl. the very sweet English-speaking nurse and lovely German-speaking female Assistant Plastic Surgeon, I was always made feel like I was at home, not in a clinic. I'm actually sad that I am no longer a patient...but, who knows, in the future I may be in need of a procedure. I will be happy to get treated by them again any time.
