I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. I put it off for years because I have seen many people (with the financial resources to get the best work done) whose eyes do not look natural. They look continuously surprised. I ran into so many people that looked like that, that I assumed that was what you looked like after having upper eyelid surgery. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic because I was concerned that I wouldn’t look like myself after surgery. My surgery could have been covered by insurance but I chose to pay out of pocket because Dr. Elif is that good! I chose her because she was the most thorough in explaining my procedure and she promised me that my eyes would look natural. The whole experience was seamless. Everyone who works in her office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. You can tell they all love working there and it shows in how they work. Phone calls were returned promptly. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. I went to Istanbul for an FDL tummy tucks and liposuction. I was travelling alone so was a little more nervous but I cannot explain enough how good these guys were. Firuza who organised everything was outstanding nothing was too much trouble. I had a few changes to make even last minute and it was no trouble. Anil the translator explained everything and kept me informed even the staff who couldn’t speak English was still friendly and reassuring. At no point was I in pain or uniformed even the transfer guys were brilliant. Dr Osman is wonderful I’m delighted at the outcome of my surgery thank you all so much

I'm 26, soon to be 27 next month. My BBL is scheduled for less than 3 months! I wish I was getting it done sooner... Doctors are AMAZING not only is he amazing at what he does but he’s an amazing person in general. He’s very caring towards his patients and he makes sure you understand everything that is going to happen and is happening. I will never go to another surgeon. But let me brag on his staff!! They are awesome as well!!! Very caring, comforting, understanding and patience.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Dr. Karantonis is an exceptional doctor who takes good care of his patients and strives for the best outcome. With his proactiveness we avoided complications and the results are great. He is very patient, kind and professional. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get excellent results and receive great care.

The staff here are incredible. Super polite and helpful and retain regular contact with patients to ensure that there are no problems in the weeks and months post-op. The doctors and nurses have been super informative and supportive so that I was able to undergo my procedure without any stress and when there was any delay, I was always accommodated. The clinic is clean and modern. The procedure was quick and personalised to what I wanted and I am very thrilled with my results.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I had been dealing with a progressively worsening inguinal hernia for around six years, always putting off getting it fixed because of the high cost involved having it done in the U.S., anywhere other than at the Hernia Center in Rockville, Maryland, 3,000 miles from where we live. Having spent years smoking my face had aged terribly and I approached Dr Oudit to ask his advice. My face lift surgery was excellent and I was then given CO2 Laser by Dr Oudit to sort out my skin. I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.
