Cannot recommend Vanity enough! Amazing customer service from my day 1 enquiry and ongoing now! Zeynep was my clinic coordinator who arranged EVERYTHING (except flights) and was on hand to answer questions whenever I needed! Once I arrived in Turkey (came from UK) I was so impressed with the clinic and facilities and felt really reassured by everyone there. Yavus was my patient coordinator and was honestly the most lovely person ever, he has been so helpful and has been checking in with me even after I arrived back in the UK. I had 2 procedures done by Dr Safa Manav and although I am still in the recovery stage at the moment I am over the moon with my results. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen did a fabulous job. I am still in the early stages of recovery, but could not be happier with the aesthetic outcome. The procedure itself was completely pain-free, and both Dr. Sen and his nurse Elif were great to chat with throughout the procedure, which dulled the nerves. The first 1-2 days were uncomfortable, but as long as I kept up with my pain med schedule, it was manageable. Would have liked a few more detailed instructions for post-op to feel like I was fully informed on what to expect (i.e., how long to continue certain steps, what to expect at each stage of recovery, etc.). But that being said his team was very responsive to all my emails.

Amazing experience!! Thank you Doctor ❤️ I am 23 and travelling alone from Canada and I was so nervous to go abroad for my rhinoplasty. The staff reassured me from the start. They made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Even though my first flight got delayed, the driver came to get me very late and was amazing. Despite the language barrier, it was so easy to communicate with everyone at the hotel, hospital and airport. The day after the surgery, I stayed in the hospital for a night which really helped me. Being alone made me really nervous about everything but the week following at the hotel, their team was absolutely amazing and responded to all my messages and concerns really fast. Taking my cast off was an amazing experience and I am really happy with my nose despite still having my whole face and nose swollen from the procedure. They were all so kind and reassuring and also spoke my first language French which made me feel even more at home! I am so happy I chose Gorkem Atsal, he understood what I wanted for my nose right away and has an incredible team. Thank you all ❤️

Excellent treatment from start to finish! At the consultation, we amended my treatment to make it more suitable to myself. A complete explanation of why this would provide more positive results and so I choose to have Smart Lens replacements. Over the next two days I had my surgeries, one eye on each day. No pain at all during the procedure and only minor discomfort afterwards. I was provided with plenty of medication to ease any pain, aid healing and antibiotics as well, all with instructions for use. My coordinator throughout was Batuhan, who answered any queries promptly, whatever time of day - I honestly don’t know when he sleeps! Professional, friendly and amazingly helpful in every contact. I was in Cevre hospital on 11.10.2022. I would like to say about my experience in Cevre hospital was very good. Our international coordinator Nurdan was very reliable, trustable and very kind. All the time, when I need her she was there. I'm pleased to meet her. About me nurse Ismed he was speaking just Turkish, but we were understanding anyway, very professional and made me even massage after liposuction. He is a very friendly person. About the plastic surgeon Dr Ali Cem Oktay, he was looking very professional, a very serious person, very busy and he was studying all my health conditions. About the result, I will write when will be the right time. The hospital was very nice, clean and professional.

I recently had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Ulas Bali and had a great experience with him and his team. I came all the way from Brisbane Australia after a friend recommended him to me. It’s scary coming to a different country but once I got to Istanbul and met the team I wasn’t nervous at all. The hospital is 10/10 and I received better treatment there than I have in Australia. I’m already thinking about what else I can come back and have done next year. Would recommend him over and over!

3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

Coming from the UK to Turkey for surgery was such a daunting experience. I was really worried. I booked in for a full tummy tuck, breast implants and uplift. However, upon arriving I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Flyhealth was recommended to me by a friend so after some research, I decided to go for it. I am so unbelievably happy that I did. Anil put my mind at ease from the minute that I met him. My surgeon, Dr. Banu Aksoy was unreal and she has done an amazing job. I came all the way from Russia to get Gynefix IUD places at Dr. Ebru’s clinic. I was pleasantly shocked by the service and professional attitude! I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.

Great attention to detail. Fantastic post-surgical care, in German NACHSORGE, which is so critical. The fact that I was accommodated in a hotel did not in the least impair. My problem was a POST-OP Hernia in the abdominal area. We sourced a highly competent surgeon. The OP itself took only two days. The team from COSMETOCITY was always there for me, brought supplies and liaised with the medical personnel. The performances were great value and there always is full transparency. I know exactly what I pay for. Also honesty, no false promises made.
