I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I went with my friend who had a face lift and I had lower eye surgery. Very nice surgeon and staff, the clinic is very clean and mac is so helpful and puts you at ease. The price is brilliant and they do not skip any corners! Highly recommend

I had eye bag removal at the Nowy Targ clinic in 2020 by Doctor Boliglowa. I can honestly say it was well worth the trip and the results were fantastic. The clinic staff were so professional and the place was spotlessly clean. Everything was arranged for myself and the wife, from collection at the airport by Oscar, the hotel, and all transfers related to the procedure. I am returning for an assessment on a dental issue in September and really would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of having surgery.

Dear all, Adam and his staff have always taken great care of me. Adam is an extremely talented and honest surgeon. You will never be offered unnecessary surgery, always given an open and honest opinion of your expectations. The clinic is spotless, and convenient and all the staff are highly trained, professional and speak good English. Aftercare is available to you and advice is only a phone call away. The accommodation offered by the clinic for an extremely reasonable cost is a fantastic option if travelling with a companion or even braving it alone. All you require is available, from towels to hairdryer. Supermarkets and shopping mall is only a five minute walk. Wroclaw old town is beautiful, if you would rather stay there. The Art hotel is lovely and in the heart of the square. Plenty of history, shopping and dining to be experienced. Not to forget the fantastic Chris and Anna (Husband and Wife) responsible for transport as well as being able to sort and advise on pretty much anything. Stop thinking about it and go for it! You're worth it.

My treatment from start to finish was first class. The staff at the clinic were very professional and the clinic itself was absolutely immaculate.
