In 1993, he began to study Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon. Even as a student of the School, had the opportunity to work under the guidance of Professor António Baptista Fernandes in its Scientific and Academic File. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon in Medicine in 1999. Held in 2001 the national examination for access to the Complementary Internship and entered to the specialty of Plastic Surgery, the only vacancy at the University Hospital of Santa Maria in Lisbon. Ended the specialty of Plastic Surgery, Reconstructive and Aesthetic in 2007. Did post graduation in: Breast Surgery and Microsurgery, between 2002 and 2007 - Hospital Nationale di Tuomri with Dr.Maurizio Nava - Breast Reconstruction; - University Hospital of Gent, Belgium, with Dr.Phillipe Blondeel - Breast Reconstruction. During his professional life, Cosmetic Surgery, has become an area of ??particular interest. To improve the training received in Portugal, performed the following courses and internships with world-renowned surgeons, it is a strong advocate of continuing education.
