I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I went from the UK and I had my liposuction (5 area) and BBL two weeks ago. I'm really satisfied with the results. If you looking for a place to have your operation, if I did it yes you can in Milano clinic and staying longer to is worth it for sightseeing around. It is good to see there are professional options in Turkey such as Milano. Thank you, guys!!
