Traveled from the US and would do again or recommend to anyone on the fence about it! For my full review, go to RealSelf as this website has a character limit and my review is VERY LONG! But I go over everything there from hotel, to my experience, hospital stay, recovery, long flights, transportation etc! I am so happy with my results and this was the best decision I've ever made! I had a revision rhinoplasty AND a breast lift with augmentation and he did an amazing job on both!

I am currently post op day 10 after Rhinoplasty surgery. My overall experience has been very positive. From booking the procedure with Dr Atsal's team and traveling from the UK. I can't really find any faults to tell people. The whole experience was made very comfortable for me. I was picked up from Istanbul airport at 1am (late flight).. and taken straight to my hotel in a luxury private minibus. The hotel was very nice and all staff were very professional. The next morning I was picked up again and taken to the hospital where I had all of my pre op tests within the first hour of being there ..it was super quick. I met Dr Atsal and his team and we chatted about the surgery and what I expected to get from it. He is a lovely man, spoke very good English and made me feel very comfortable. 3 hours later I had a new nose. I spent one night in the hospital and was looked after by the hospital staff they were all lovely people and ensured I was as comfortable as I could be. All medications were given and honestly, I was never in that much pain. Day 1 post op.. Dr Atsal came and explained the aftercare and what to expect over the coming few days.. And everything he told me was very accurate.. I was taken back to my hotel to recuperate. The swelling did get worse as he said it would, but after 3 days the black eyes and swelling had gone down dramatically. Day 4 post op I met Dr Atsal again and his fantastic team, my dressings were changed and I was then able to confirm my return trip home the next day. All transfers were included in my package and my driver was a lovely professional man too. I've been home in UK 5 days now the black eyes are gone the facial swelling is gone... The nose is swollen but not much and you can see the new shape and size are so much better than the original. Overall I don't regret a thing about my experience, it was all booked and complete in a window of only 5 days.. and a bargain price. I would definitely recommend Dr Atsal and all of his staff.

I am really grateful for my surgery. I had my breast lift there and after seven weeks I am already glad about the results. The team was the cutest. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Ulas is more than just a doctor, he is an amazing person that really cares about human contact with you and wants you to feel comfortable and give you the best life ever after your surgery. I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful.
