I had a rhinoplasty done by DR. Turkmen together with my sister. And I had THE BEST experience ever. Before, during and after we had contact with Melisa. She guided us through everything from the many questions about the surgery, the hotel to be arranged, the transfers, to even answering our last minute calls because we needed someone to translate and arrange- she was always there to support. We had the best and positive contact with everyone involved, from Dr. Turkmen and Melisa to the caretakers in the hospital and the drivers of the transfers. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. We also got all the necessities for the aftercare (spray, medication,..) which is super handy that you don't have to arrange that yourself. And most importantly, the result of the nose. Simply BEAUTIFUL. I got a nose that fits my face perfectly, he improved my breathing and I see that he has listened to what my wishes are and what I did not want. I had a very good experience with this dentist! They did an amazing job on my teeth and they are all so kind and care so much for their patients. All the doctors that worked with me were really careful and treated me right! I won't lie though the only reason I put 4 stars is because they took too long to work on me. But with the outcome it was worth the wait. The lady that set up my appointment and assisted me was so sweet and did a great job with customer service (her name is Sally). Overall I definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for a change in their appearance but don't know who to go to, you should for sure check this place out!!!
