My overall experience has been great and the communication has been excellent! If I am honest I had better care during my breast surgery than I did in England having my children. I even got to meet Dr Gorkem, he came to welcome me personally which I found very touching. Dilara (Dr Gorkem Astal's assistant) gives a world-class service throughout. She even gave me emotional support as I travelled alone! Even the night staff couldn’t do enough for you, their English was limited however there is someone always on stand by if needed. I was actually sad to leave! Since I’ve been home we have been in regular contact which is very important to me as I suffer from anxiety and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

Dr Tuna is an expert in what he does and really takes care of his patients personally, and his team is marvellous. Great people specially Erdem, Yigit and nurse Didem did a great job. Yigit coordinated with me at each and every step and was extremely helpful. Even the hotel you stay in treats you better as they know you are Surgero’s patient. I would recommend Surgero 100%

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

And also before and after the surgery Mr. Dr. Ferhat İlen and him assistance team was always very heplful, smiling,carely and carefoully. I also breathe very easily. I fell in love with my nose ❤️
