This clinic had the friendliest staff out of all the places I tried. I had my otoplasty procedure done here. I’m not quite finished yet; there are still some stitches that need to be removed. It could take another week or three. I’m not entirely satisfied with the outcome right now, but I’ll discuss this with the doctor at the next appointment. I’d been waiting a long time to get this work done and it’s a relief that it’s finally over. I had to wear a bandage so I don’t know how long the swelling took to subside. Before I left the hospital, they gave me some painkillers. I’m not sure if there’s a scar because the work was done behind my ears. We’ll evaluate this at the follow-up. Every clinic charged about the same. Downtime was about a week.

Had my septorhinoplasty with 1 Cosmetic Group. Full marks for this company. Very nice experience. Surgeon, hospital, admin team they all were very helpful. My Surgeon has done a great job. I love my new nose. Previously I had my surgery booked with another medical..they kept wasting my time. Took my money and I was waiting months as they kept delaying my surgery.. took 6 months to get my money back. I was so dissapointed then I found 1cosmetic group on google and from start things were very smooth and professional. 12 weeks post op.. already almost fully recovered. My wife is getting her breast done with 1 cosmetic and she is so excited... cant wait.

The big difference is my psoriasis. The skin is slowly beginning to heal, and the patches are getting noticeably smaller. I really believe this is going to work in the long term. I will never be psoriasis free, but my skin is much, much clearer and I am therefore more confident. The results of the operation have more than lived up to my expectations and it is already the best money I have ever spent. It is a huge operation (perhaps bigger than I really realised), but the results will last the rest of my life. I found the healing process good for my soul as well as my body. I had chosen to do something for myself and I enjoyed taking the time to do it properly. I have had sensational post operative support form Lisa and Liana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fabulous, careful and experienced female team. My life feels genuinely changed.
