Having contemplated surgery for a really long time due to having a medical condition called thrombocytopenia, I finally decided the time was right and had a consultation with Mr Awf Quaba. From initial email enquiry, to consultation and surgery, the entire process was absolutely faultless and I was made to feel extremely reassured throughout the entire process. Due to my thrombocytopenia the procedure was far more complex than a standard mastopexy procedure as I required a platelet transfusion before and after surgery along with an overnight stay in hospital, a number of consultants and nurses were involved in this process and I honestly can’t thank them all enough. My safety and care was absolutely paramount and I felt this from everyone who was involved in my care. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and cannot thank everyone involved enough. Mr Mahajan is an excellent clinician, I had a Brachioplasty (arm lift) just before Xmas and he was very professional and explained everything clearly and the results were fabulous. I was really surprised at how neat the scar was, Mr Mahajan ensured that my arms still looked natural following the surgery. The nurse at the yorkshire clinic were amazing so helpful and made me feel really at ease, nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Mr Mahajan and the Yorkshire clinic.
