I was very impressed with, firstly the prompt reply I had to my initial phone call and how prompt my consultation appointment was. The initial consultation and accurate diagnosis of sebaceous cyst via ultrasound. Also how professional all staff were and made me feel very welcome . I did not have long to wait for my surgery which is so reassuring in these days of long waiting list and cancellations. Everything went extremely well with excellent results and throughout the whole process Reform Medical kept in touch with me and checked up with me after the procedure to see that all was ok.
