Thanks to them, but most of all, Dr Cagatay, who far exceeded my expectations, I was able to make my dream come true and finally have the nose that I always wanted. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

The staff are lovely; friendly, relaxed & informative. Shaan, who did the treatment was fantastic. She loves her job and has such good knowledge & skills of how to get the best results. She was in no rush, took time to get the best result & was lovely to spend the hour with! Highly recommend.

I chose Dr. Colin after reviewing several other clinics. I went to see them all and this one seemed the most normal and therefore the best option for liposuction. Even though I ended up paying more than expected, I’m happy with the results. There’s no scarring after the liposuction, but the pain factor is important to consider. They say you can go back to work after three days and this is true, but you’ll have to manage the pain for a longer period of time. They gave me medication for the first couple of days. Everything was nice and clean. The clinic has really friendly staff. The liposuction has improved the overall quality of my life.

Jamie was the most efficient and kindest medical liaison with a quick response time. Dr. Duong and the hospital staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. They checked on me multiple times during the hospital stay and after discharge. I had full body liposuction with minimal and natural fat grafting with a 1-night hospital stay, discharged with medicines and compression garments.

I underwent a specialized eye surgery called eye reconstructive surgery which included double eyelid crease, ptosis correction, inner and lateral epicanthoplasty, and correcting the asymmetrical creases. I had to conduct extensive research to find the best hospital for my specific requirements. Eventually, I chose Ahnsungmin Hospital, and I am glad to say that it was the perfect decision. Previously, my eyes appeared manly, small, dull, and tired all the time, but I wanted them to look bright and sweet like a doll. I expressed my desired look to Dr. Ahn, who then suggested a brow lift since my brows were too low and drooping. I trusted his expertise and am grateful that I did. The recovery process was incredibly smooth, and I didn't feel any pain at all. It has only been 3 months since the surgery, and I feel refreshed. I now love applying makeup even more. Dr. Ahn had exceptional knowledge and understanding of my needs, and he gave me the perfect look that I always wanted. I am grateful for his expertise and for enhancing my appearance forever.
