When my wife and I arrived, Cesar picked us up at the airport in Yuma and provided us with free lodging! A room that is behind his home, securely gated, that made these two Oregonians feel safe! My wife thought she needed to do an All on 4 both top and bottom but even though Cesar's office would make more on that particular procedure, being a dentist of the highest integrity, he explained that all she really required was 5 implants. WOW!! Half the cost! His prices were fair, and he was flexible. So good, in fact, that I decided to have two implants done on the two missing teeth I had while we were there. Cesar explained each step of the work to be done, answered each question with a depth of knowledge, and his dental facility was immaculate and fully sanitized. On par with anything in the states. His staff was fantastic attending to all of our needs, acting like our personal taxi service, down to stopping by a local grocery store and waiting while we picked up a few items for our room! Jean acted as a translator because my high school Spanish was limited at best. Jean even filled out the forms for our insurance company. I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

Even though I decided on a different practice, Dr Guerra was extremely helpful throughout. A prompt first-day response, follow-up with excellent explanations and information. His diligence was and is greatly appreciated.

Easy, quick, competent and personable. I had an exam, an ultrasonic cleaning and had a damaged filling replaced. I sent an email on Monday, they called me within an hour and set an appointment for the next afternoon. It was an easy walk from the border crossing. Great experience.

Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

Dr. Melisa Meneses and Dr. Adriana Rios Aguirre were excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I had a complete set of crowns put on with Dr. Meneses and she helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth, explained what needed to be done and provided valuable advice and recommendations. I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr Adriana Rios Aguirre did my teeth cleanings and was very thorough, informative, very patient and highly skilled. Highly recommend them both! The rest of the staff was friendly, personable and made me feel cared for and comfortable throughout my time with them. Thanks to Dr. Meneses and the entire team.

This office was very professional and friendly. I was treated very very well and the doctor did a good job on a difficult tooth. She was very kind and I felt very safe. I would go back again no questions asked. I drove myself there and found easy parking no problem. It was a great experience and we made new friends we will see again! Very very happy!!!!!

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Dr Barba was very informative. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I had 4 implants and he made my existing plate into a temporary arch. It was nice that Dr Barba and my dentist at home talked on the phone and worked together. My home dentist will continue with the follow up care and is going to make my permanent arch. Dr Barba picked up my friend and I in Brownsville and brought us to Mexico. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Dr Barba, very informative, efficient and a job well done.

I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule.
