I’m a new patient at the Pinewood dental office, my first appointment was today and I can honestly say it was a great experience. I’m normally not eager going to see dentist but that has changed, from my initial greeting into this beautiful new state-of-the-art location, to my wonderful hygienist Leigh who was very gentle with my cleaning, and of course to my awesome dentist Dr.Appel with his usual thorough care and review of my gums and teeth. I can’t wait to go back again, loved it. Thank you Dr.Appel and Pinewood Dental.

My family and I have been going to this office for years. All the staff are welcoming and very professional. From the moment you walk in the door, they help to make you feel at ease and comfortable no matter what the dental procedure (regular check-up, dental cleaning, braces, etc.). Dentists have a wealth of experience and take pride in their work. An outstanding dental office!

My mother has been nervous to go in for her dental appointment, due to covid. Now that she has been in for her dental cleaning and taking care of her dental work that was needed, she feels very comfortable to continue any appointments that are needed. She highly recommends and wanted to thank Dr. Di. Santo and his staff Sarah, Tina. Mary and Tamara that she met during her appointment. As a senior, it can be overwhelming during these times. She has full confidence that everything is being done to ensure that proper protocol for her safety is being done. I have recently moved to Guelph and found that this clinic was rated the best one. They were right on the mark. Dr Martin reviewed my state of the art X-rays and carefully explained what they revealed—no problems! Next, I had the best cleaning that I have ever experienced by Jason. The staff at the entrance were very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend this dental facility.
