Me and myself have just came back for a 5 day smile make over with this clinic And we cannot recommend enough. I was very scared and my dentist was Dt Merve and she was so patient with me and so lovely. My husband dentist was Dt Oguzhan And again he had a really good experience. Everyone was so kind to us, and the clinic was lovely! Our patient Co ordinator Danielle was so sweet as well, and helps me so much with my nerves, being English that helped too as sometimes she could translate. Anyone that feels unsure about going to Turkey shouldn’t be, I would much rather go there than any English dentist. Can’t thank the clinic enough

I have just completed the first phase of my implant treatment with My Nova in Kusadasi. The clinic, and staff were very impressive, from the dental surgeon to their assistants, to the reception staff, and my liaison (Vedhan), I cannot emphasise how caring, and efficient they were. A big thank you to you all at My Nova, I will see you in October when my treatment will be completed.

It was perfect in all aspects from meeting at airport, accommodations and the procedure it self. Very professional service we did not have to worry about anything and the follow up after. The operation was great. Even after we went back to USA we are so happy to choose them.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a constant bleeding problem in my mouth for several years. I have tried several dentists in Denmark where I live, they were just guessing, trying and experiencing in me. I was so lucky to find Astra on the internet, I read only positive feedback from earlier customers and then decided to try. When I was trying to contact Astra, I got the ability to contact them on Whatsapp and an extremely sweet girl (Katya) has been my contact person from the first minute, in the sessions and also following up after finishing. Astra Dent already knew what the problem was, just by explaining what I am experiencing. I was amazed that the Antoshchenko Natalia, the dentist that I had the honour of visiting, she fixed the problem I had in 2 hours. She was so confident and I felt I was in safe hands. I am seriously thankful and I feel lucky that a problem that has been annoying me for several years is gone now.

The team from the MarmarisSmile dental centre has done a fantastic job and even on busy days they made us feel comfortable. We could drop in even after 9 pm, the staff always welcomed us with genuine friendliness and professional care. The work they have done is so unbelievably good and up to the highest standards. We are extremely satisfied having made the effort to travel to Marmaris Smile Centre for fixing and cleaning our teeth there. Thanks again to Dr. Varly and Dr. Kurt, thanks to the nice guys from the laboratory and of course thanks to the entire friendly assistants. And finally thanks to Michelle, the kind, gentle and compassionate soul of the house. All of you have warmed our hearts far more than the sun of Marmaris did. We will be back for the next treatment.

I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this same treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I looked a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this. I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had calls with a few clinics and was pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was.so we decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around for other dental clinics (again..not sure why). To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the other local clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging. PS: I hope you enjoyed the gift basket that I have sent to team to say thanks!

I am probably the worst nervous patient on the planet. I have a serious fear of needles and if I see one, then I am out of the chair and gone, but after reading previous reviews, I explained my situation and put my trust in the dental team and from start to finish, the whole experience was one that I would gladly repeat again tomorrow. Viktor (based in the uk) was my initial contact/co-ordinator and he steered me through the process ahead and explained and arranged everything from my initial x-rays & tests required, to my flights & accommodation for my stay in Budapest. The level of service in the UK was professional, comprehensive and most of all, reassuring. As I was having major work done, I opted for I.V. sedation and the process of having all my own teeth removed, a bone transplant and 11 implants fitted, was professional and surprisingly pain free when I woke up and I didn't need the painkillers supplied, even though I had a mouthfull of stitches. The Dentist & his team were patient and the level of work was first class. By the time I went back to have the temporary teeth fitted, I had no fear at all and the fitting was pain free and it felt good to be in the hands of such a talented Dentist & his team. The advice given to see me through the coming 4 months was good and the aftercare calls during my stay and even back here in the UK have been wonderfull. The accommodation was excellent and I am looking forward to returning for my final fitting later this year. The city itself is an ideal short break/holiday destination with an abundance of things to see and do. The architecture is stunning and the city is so clean compared to London. A visit to the New York Cafe is highly recommended. I cannot recommend Jokai Dental highly enough, it has changed my life.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I can only complement everyone who was involved in the first phase of my extensive treatment. Transport, Admin and Medical Staff were all pleasant, informative and professional. The discounts they obtained for me regarding travel and accommodation helped contain the overall cost. Lets hope the 2nd visit goes as smoothly.

The refurbishment is impressive. Welcoming and hygienic. The dentist, Dr Lauzikaite, was professional and comforting. She explained what was happening and why. Would recommend.

Had a full platinum assessment at a fraction of the price of one in the UK - I couldn’t afford to go private in the UK. Excellent communication from the start from Eyüpcan. I was collected by him personally by taxi from my hotel after fasting the night before. Had a whole range of tests - MRI, CT scan, ultrasound to name a few and my bloods were taken for other tests. Some of the results were immediately available and the rest came in a day later. Some of my results were a little worrying, but they were translated into English by the doctor on request, and all imaging was made available via email so I could contact my GP and get follow-up tests. Eyüpcan answered lots of questions after I’d left. Highly recommended.
