I met with Novusklinik for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

I offer here an honest review of the service and treatment I received following the first stage of the dental work at Focus Dental Clinic. I would like to note the previous reviews from other patients, which commend this dental practice, and I can only echo their positive experiences. Furthermore, I would like to emphasise that my feedback is entirely voluntary and unbiased; I have not been offered any incentives to leave a positive review. From the moment I entered Focus Dental Clinic, I was warmly greeted and received in a professional and personalised manner. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as pleasant as possible. They thoroughly explained all the procedures and options to me, as well as providing transparent and clear information regarding the costs, treatment plans, and timeframes. I underwent treatment which involved the extraction of two teeth, three dental implants, and the repair of an existing crown. Everything went smoothly... much better than expected! I must also mention that the clinic is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and well-equipped with state-of-the-art dental equipment. They took every measure to ensure my treatment was pain-free, and I was pleasantly surprised by how unobtrusive the whole experience was. Both the dentist and dental surgeon were outstanding in terms of their expertise, friendliness, and attention to detail. They alleviated all of my anxieties about undergoing treatment, and I genuinely look forward to returning next year for the remaining part of my treatment. I cannot find any faults with any aspect of the dentistry or service that I received, and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I have just returned from Turkey after finishing my treatment for all on four implants. I have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved in my time there and my treatment. My prosthetics doctor's assistant Seda is very kind and skilled for someone so young and very enthusiastic, thank you. My good friend Cavit, my driver is just the best, always on time and keen to help. Above all my prosthetics doctor Ilkyaz was and is amazing. She is so skilled in her work and went out of her way to make everything fit and comfortable. Ilkyaz you are a beautiful star. Thank you. It is always difficult to decide who you will trust to carry out any alterations on your body, let alone when your teeth and smile are concerned! A good friend had researched the many Dental Clinics in Turkey via the internet last year and, as a result, he decided to have his teeth repaired by Dentapoint, in Izmir. He had a total of 26 crowns fit and the results looked amazing! Knowing this gave me the complete confidence to proceed with the repairs and improvements, which I had wanted to get done for many years. I contacted Dentapoint via email and very quickly I was in contact with a representative who informed me of the process, accommodation, timings, prices etc. I sent off photographs of my teeth as requested, and after being given a quote, I quickly made the decision to proceed. I booked flights with Pegasus from London Stansted to Izmir and within a week I was on my way; yes that quick! On arrival at the airport (late evening), I was met and greeted by the private driver and taken directly to the hotel to check in. The Doubletree Hilton is not only an excellent hotel, but it is very conveniently next door to the recent addition to Datapoint’s’ clinics; they now have three in Izmir. Full instructions were given prior to, and on arrival, as to when I was required to attend the clinic. I was met in the hotel lobby on the morning of Day 1 treatment day by the representative ‘Dogan’ and shown where to go. The staff at the clinic reception were very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant and this remained the case throughout my visit. After registration, (passport details copied, documentation signed, payment made) I was quickly taken to a booth for the required X-rays and 3D imagery. Then, with no time wasted, I was in the dental chair! Dentapoint Clinic occupies a very modern and extremely clean building and is equipped with the latest in State-of-the-Art technology! The Cosmetic Dentist, Mahmut Boran and his assistant Cansel, are clearly very experienced, very pleasant, and their professional approach to taking care of me quickly added to the confidence; previously established. Dogan was in attendance throughout to assist with translation, and he provided me with useful information on the procedure. My dental work consisted of a complete set of crowns, replacing some real ugly veneers and caps I’d had done over a period of 20+ years. It also included replacing a bridge and gaps with four implants and root fillings. For this amount of work, mainly the implants, it meant I would have to return after a minimum of three months to have the ‘finishing touches’ carried out. The results: SIMPLY AMAZING! I am extremely happy with my ‘new set of gnashers’ and they look very natural. The colour was my choice, I did not want my teeth to look bright white and fake (attracting questions from people) so what was fit matched perfectly to my original vision. I am gradually getting used to smiling confidently again and just love the new look! One thing that must also be stressed in this review is just how sincere, helpful, and friendly the Turkish people are; and this does not just apply to the staff at Dentapoint! Everyone I met during my two visits to Izmir (a total of 11 days) was pleasant and displayed happiness and contentment. The Doubletree Hilton Hotel also deserves credit, and this will be done in a separate review, as the accommodation, food and staff were all way above the average to which I am accustomed to in the United Kingdom and many other parts of the world. Finally, and trust me that I would not say this if it was not warranted, if you are thinking about having your smile back then look no further. I would thoroughly recommend Dentapoint, Izmir. The complete package, from start to finish was extremely professional and the result exceeded my expectations! On a personal note, to Dentapoint: Please keep up the good work and don’t lose that friendliness and charm you all have, it is a quality that should be envied by many!

I have never had any sort of surgery before. So I guess I was very scared and anxious to finally have a breast augmentation and arm lift, and the fact that I was going to have this surgery done in a country that I had never being before, gave me even more feed to my thoughts. However, I could find peace of mind and reassurance at Dr. Görkem Atsal Clinical. They were loving, caring and very professional from the beginning. So here it goes my Big thanks to Dr. Görkem Atsal and his team. I will definitely come back to have my tummy tuck this time.

I needed a full-mouth restoration and the treatment I have received has been nothing but amazing. The clinic is first class and the staff make you feel very relaxed and talk you through the process of what they will be doing. My partner also had a full set of crowns and is over the moon with the results. I can't thank them enough for making me smile again with confidence.

Hello, I'm Katja and I had my operation a week ago. The whole team is very nice and always there when you need something. I was greeted warmly right at the airport. The doctor (Nuri Koşer) is also very friendly. There is no stress there at all. A nurse took time and patience with me at the beginning and walked with me and of course, helped with other things if necessary. Ayşe was also very caring and was always easy to reach when not in the hospital and also took a lot of time and patience with her patients. What was good for me was to run as much as possible, if possible of course. Now after a week, I'm feeling pretty good. You have to change your diet and make sure you don't wear too much, which can be difficult for some, but otherwise, everything is great and I'm of course looking forward to the next journey.

Extremely happy with the service I received, from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, I was taken good care of throughout my treatment, my teeth look amazing and I will be back next year. The clinic is also beautiful and clean. Thank you guys
