Very happy with all the staff and the work that was done. Had a cleaning and exam to discuss what I wanted/ needed done. I had a post and crown on my front tooth which had been missing a crown for a couple years. Also had a crown put on for a missing one for an old bridge that had fallen out in the spring. I think their x-ray technique was better than I've had in U.S. I felt confident and was well informed on everything every step of the way. They wanted to be sure I was happy with the final result and I was more than pleased. I never felt pressured to have more work done but I will definitely come back in the fall for crowns and implants. I told a gentleman hawking another dental office that cheaper doesn't mean better and I research before I make a decision. I think I did well to choose this office!

Dr Jacob is the best. He is patient and kind. His work is thorough and very professional. Going to a foreign country for dentistry may feel overwhelming, but downtown dental clinic made the process exceedingly comfortable and effortless. I drove and parked at a safe lot on the US side of the border. The border crossing is easy and very fast on foot. Dr Jacobs team was there to pick me up on time and the clinic was less than 10 minutes from there. Dr Jacobs immediately addressed my concerns and went through all my options. I had an implant and two crowns did over two appointments. I was then immediately transported back to the border and again, the crossing by foot was quick and easy. I have seen Dr Jacobs three times now and the experience has been consistent. I have planned more work with him. He and his team are simply the best. I would recommend his clinic and services to anyone seeking to have professional dental work done at a fraction of the price.

This work was all done for 25% of the price I was quoted in the USA. My dentists and oral surgeons were outstanding, and there was always someone there to interpret when I needed it. Unlike American dentists, they actually LISTENED to me when I expressed my needs, instead of trying to talk me into something else. When I told them the local anaesthetic was wearing off, no one said "It'll just be a few more minutes..." - They just administered a new round of anaesthetic.
