Came here from the states to correct previous work. They were able to accommodate my language, the entire staff from top to bottom are like a well-world machine. Just got five teeth removed bone grafts, and an abscess that was reaching my eye socket removed. They set up an amazing dental plan was perfect for my needs. Contacting them by email is best at first. Absolutely meticulous and what they do. Not to mention Chiang Mai and it's people are easy to fall in love with. If you have a lot of work that needs done like myself. This is probably the best decision I've made in a long time. For what I saving in marked up & inferior dental work. You can have a vacation in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I'm giving them 5 Stars because I can't give 6.

I found Kitcha clinic on this site so I thought I would write a review. I originally thought I needed veneers but they said you don't need veneers you just need a deep cleaning. This was very honest and nice because they could have just made a big sale. All the dentists there were very kind, gentle and the facility is spotless and brand new to western standards. I'm an American living in CM for 7 years, I've been to many dentists here and this one is the best. I will keep going and bring my wife (Thai) here as well.

Thanks to all your staff for helping fix my teeth. Just one suggestion to the clinic and future patients: I made the mistake of having a snack after my treatment while my mouth was still numb. I bit my tongue and lip and cut them because I couldn't really feel it. Therefore I suggest to patients don't eat until after you're not numb anymore from novocaine. Maybe Kichca also advises people of that so they don't make the same mistake I did. Just a tip, overall Kitcha is the most gentle nice dentists I've been to in any country, 100% recommended.

A very professional Dental Clinic.

As an expatriate now living in Chiang Mai I did some research and chose Kitcha Dental Clinic to do some dental work on my teeth. The doctor I chose from the clinic was Dr Pawak. On my first visit armed with an x-ray, Dr Pawak inspected each tooth at length to ensure no cavity or disease was missed. Following this, he recommended two options I could consider either doing implants or a bridge. In addition, associated costs (involving different materials) were also clearly communicated along with the advantages/disadvantages of durability between the two options before proceeding with the treatment.

I experienced efficiency, care, understanding, kindness, and professionalism of the highest degree. The doctor did not rush through and made sure the anaesthesia took effect to minimize the sensitivity involved with dental treatment. In summary, I found Dr Pawak to be accommodating, knowledgeable, experienced and caring.

Now to the Clinic:-The premises are in a great area of the city with private parking facilities and easy access by public transport. The layout of the Clinic is of high quality paying attention to the needs of the patients and the medical staff including Ramps and lift access to patients in wheelchairs. Clear Signage to assist and allow patients to navigate throughout the premises. Attention to detail to is very visible regards to cleanliness and sanitation facilities.

The front desk staff, Nui, Phaeng & Nueng, in particular, were very professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful in arranging, following up and sending reminders about my three visits to the clinic.
In summary, my experience of Kitcha Dental Clinic is, it functioned as a “well-oiled machine”. All my appointments ran on time. I am fully satisfied with the final result and highly recommend Dr Pawak. I wish to thank Dr Pawak and the staff of the clinic and wish the Clinic well for the future.

Kitcha was in a convenient location so I had my dental implants done there. It was worth the money and my follow-up visits went well.

I paid a fair price. The healing process was fine too. Generally, it was all very good.

We will be moving to Chiang Mai next year from Texas. We both wanted to check out dentists and Dr's before our move.

We are completely satisfied with Kitcha Dental service. From the front desk as we enter the spotless office and waiting room. The rooms for dental work were exactly the same as we have had to live in different states in the U.S. Each person we interacted with were very polite, very informative and everything was explained before the procedure was performed. They also explained as senior some of the future dental procedures we may want to consider.

We would recommend them to anyone who asks. Also, they are our dentists when we make our move. Much Appreciation.

Kitcha Dental had positive reviews and a convenient location, so I had my cracked tooth fixed here. I didn’t think the treatment they offered made much sense, so I suggested a filling instead. This seemed a far more feasible solution to my problem, and they gave me a good deal.

The surgery was clean and organised when I arrived. They gave me the the price after my appointment, and I didn’t need any follow-up visits. However, I’m returning next week or so for more treatment. It’s a modern clinic, with an efficient team. I was a bit surprised that I had to recommend the best treatment to them, so this will bring my rating down to a ⅘.

I recently lost three teeth through age and poor care. After the extraction of the remains of those teeth, I investigated the possible replacement of them with implants. After the CT scan and examination the staff at Kitcha gave me their recommendations and a written quote for the work. Subsequently two implants were inserted, a tooth was root canalled and filled.

The staff at Kitcha were professional, friendly and caring throughout my interactions with them. I will return to their clinic to complete the treatment in the next few months. I have no hesitation to recommend Kitcha to anyone requiring their services.

I had a toothache and after X-rays was shown a crack in the tooth. Possible treatment suggested was root canal or extraction. I asked if they could perhaps cement it instead. Answer possible and not expensive, so drilling and filling. There is still some slight pain, but so far I am happy. If it gets bad, I will extract.

I chose this clinic because of the recommendations and close to where I live. Very friendly, English good, clinic very clean and modern. Prices very fair.

I had a good experience, she was very helpfull and imformative and she created a plan for me. I started with deep cleaning and a few filllings restorative.

I had a tooth extraction, bone graft & temporary denture to use while I heal - ready for an implant. Dr Pawak was excellent- both in the way he explained everything to me & the work that he has done. Truly excellent work & very good care & followup.

I went online with a general enquiry about dental treatment in Chiangmai- (I've been to Thailand from Australia 4 times now to have substantial work done & been very happy) so this time- it seems the system has been improved & I had a number of responses - 2 from Vietnam & 2 from India & 2 from Bangkok & 2 from Chiangmai. I was most impressed with the thorough explanations & prompt communications from the Kitcha Clinic & decided on them on that basis. They were so accommodating & helpful.

Treatment at the Kitcha Dental Clinic was a relaxed experiernce. Dr Pawak Tungthangthum, the implantologist, is first and foremost a caring and skillful professional. Patiently explaining procedure, materials and several options. All went smoothly without a glitch. Out of 10 worth a 10.
