People at Novus Clinic have exceeded my expectations with professional service and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a whole set of 28 crowns done and they look better than I have expected. It was an unusually pleasant trip to the dentist! I was seen promptly by doctors and nurses, who were both attentive and supportive. I researched Dr Baysal and found him to be highly qualified and very experienced. I went to him from the UK for an implant near the front of my mouth. Now I don’t have to wear that uncomfortable denture or suddenly feel embarrassed when I realise that I’ve gone out without it. Dr Baysal is very professional, he speaks English, and is very reasonably priced - even taking into account the cost of travel to Turkey. It was definitely good value.

I had cleaning and teeth whitening done. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Special thanks to the staff. Although it was a simple procedure, detailed information was given afterward. I would recommend it to everyone.

Doctor Gorkem Atsal was very helpful and informative. He explained everything before the procedure. Dr. and his staff calmed and comforted me, mainly the driver, Akhan. I had a dental implant at Ihlamur Dental Practice in Istanbul recently. I must say that the whole process went very smoothly. The transport to and from the airport was very comfortable. The surgery was clean and the staff were very polite, professional and ready to help. I was pleased to communicate in English language with with Dr Karabey and found him an excellent communicator. He explained every step of the procedure and provided me with good enough post-operation information and documentation. I am happy to recommend him to my friends and family for dental implant.

I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Dr Meryem was very supportive and Dr Beliz was the best dentist I could ever found. No pain. Amazing staff, good location and excellent service. Having your teeth corrected is a life-changing decision and experience, prior to taking the plunge I spoke to a friend who had just come back from Tower Dental Clinic and was amazed by how good his teeth looked. So me and Janette decided that this was the clinic of choice but I still did my research and every review was positive. When we arrived at Istanbul Airport we was met by a driver and dropped off at our hotel, as planned by the excellent coordinating team at Tower Dental. The very next morning we were at the clinic having X-rays consultations and in the dentist chair. I couldn't believe how efficient and professional they were. Everyone at the clinic are brilliant, friendly and really put you at ease. I can fully understand the sceptics out there because I was one of them but honestly there is nothing to be worried about. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and we built a very good relationship with the English team. We were not required to pay upfront either. Treatment included Accommodation & VIP Mercedes transfers. Surgery is perfectly in the heart of all popular food and tourist destinations. So we were able to turn the visit into a relaxing holiday at the same time. Will 100% recommend it.
