I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. Well, My treatment was just finishing when Scott H was there. (If I am not mistaken, Scott you were in the reception speaking to my sister Michelle). Visited clinic May 2023. Had a bridge built and installed on front three teeth over three existing implants. Team was excellent in all possible ways. Very high quality of workmanship and of creativity in solving dental issues. Would recommend to anyone.
