The dentists at this clinic are truly talented, and I am extremely satisfied with the dental treatment I received here. However, I want to particularly emphasise not only the competence of the dentists but also the approach of the patient representatives. After submitting my application, they contacted me within approximately 5-10 minutes and answered all of my questions in great detail. Throughout our conversation, they consistently emphasised that my health is the utmost priority and that I was not obligated to choose their services. Even when I informed them that I would be opting for another clinic due to the lower cost, they reassured me by saying, 'We understand that coming from a foreign country, things can occasionally go wrong. If you encounter any issues during your time in Turkey, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to provide you with all the assistance you need, regardless of whether you have already made arrangements with another clinic.' In the end, despite the price difference, I chose Estedian, and I must say it has been one of the best decisions I have made thus far. I highly recommend Estedian to everyone.
Above any other decision I’ve made in my life, this was by far the best. Mr. Mehmet my coordinator and Mr. Cetin made this possible. I had for years wanted double chin lipo. I am 120lbs, but genetically have a round face. Finding and trusting a doctor is hard, let alone abroad. My nerves were over the roof and friends had me believe this could all go wrong because I choose to do it in Turkey for their incredible medicine and history. So I inquired and Mr. Mehmet eased all my concerns. He was easy to talk to, extremely understanding, there any time of the day you texted him, and a good listener. He knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a package I could not have believed. He is extremely organized, punctual, honest, humble, funny, caring, and professional. This experience was beyond perfect and absolutely amazing. I’m over 1-week post-op and back to Canada, and still have Mr. Mehmet right by my side asking how I’m doing. Hi everyone! I got my Bbl operation at Road to Smile just a month ago! I felt I owe a huge thank you for the great operation and result to RTS Family :) so A Huge thanks!!! Everything went super well as they informed me before the operation and they explained every little detail about the process! They were so friendly and make me feel comfortable!
