I went for the first part of the treatment to have a front tooth implant in September, I was met at the airport by Cavit, who was my driver. He took me to the hotel and was back on time to take me to my appointment, he was my constant driver and I can't speak highly enough about his efficiency. The dental surgery was very clean and modern, where I met Guliz, my online contact who was with me throughout my treatment. The implant was completed professionally and quick and the procedure was completely painless. I shall return in December to have the crown fitted. I have recommended Westdent to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning. A big thank you to Guliz and Cavit for there efficiency and friendliness.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. Excellent service. Highly recommended. From day one my coordinator Chinar was amazing, the whole experience was more than I expected. All transfers to and from Izmir airport and to and from the hotel. The driver was always on time. The Dent Royal team were great and very professional throughout my time in Izmir Turkey. I would recommend them if you need dental treatment. Dent Royal provides a friendly, helpful and professional service. The clinic was spotless and the team showed amazing hospitality. After many weeks of research I found B&G Health Clinic. These guys ticked all the boxes in what I was looking for and what I needed. I was given a phone number for a lovely lady her name is Bilgi. This lady is absolutely fantastic you can message through what’s app. Bilgi arranged absolutely everything for me right down from meeting me at the airport with transfer transport to clinic plus a fantastic stay in the hospital with the most caring and brilliant staff that take care of you 24 seven and then you’ve got the surgeon. What can I say about this surgeon he is one of the best surgeons I could talk about. He is absolutely fantastic and very friendly comes and sees you have chats with you. Then after my operation and stay in the hospital transport was arranged to take me to a five star hotel. Wow hotel was absolutely brilliant with a thermal swimming pool. Only problem was the bar was a little bit expensive but you won’t need it, then I was picked up the following morning from the hotel I transferred back to the airport. If anybody is considering weight loss surgery, I do recommend giving these guys a try- even have a chat with them.

I recently had some extensive dental work done by Dr Kole and her team; 4 teeth replaced and veneers. I am so pleased with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. I'm not a fan of dentists but I would highly recommend this practice, they were patient, understanding and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.
