I would never go anywhere else! Jag, Izzy, and Kerry are the best dental team I have ever come across. I count myself extremely lucky to be their patient. I've been a patient for well over 10 years and have always received the very best treatment possible. Kerry (receptionist) is friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. Izzy (dental nurse) is lovely, caring, and very reassuring. Jag (dentist) is brilliant! Can't think of any other words to describe him. My appointment today was to have a wisdom tooth removed - I was pretty apprehensive but the whole team put me at my ease, explained everything thoroughly and completed the treatment in just a few minutes. I was given excellent after-care advice too. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the team have to wear PPE over and above their normal level of protection. Jag sported a snazzy hood completely covering his head and looked like a very dashing spaceman!

Mr Shah really puts you at ease by talking to you throughout your treatment. I wouldn't have anyone else, he is very professional. Hoping they open again soon, started my treatment just as they went into lockdown. Stay safe.

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

I recently moved from Teesside to Chesterfield and was worried about finding a new dentist in Chesterfield. I visited the practice for a check-up and a hygienist appointment today. I was impressed with the service I received and the staff were remarkable and put me at ease.

I have recently completed treatment to have 3 implants and although it has been anything but straightforward I can only praise David and Ellie for their care. Everything was explained fully and reassurance was always given, certainly in view of my dread of dentists. To sum up I would recommend this practice and would also like to thank Henry Staley who takes care of my normal dental treatment.
