I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I came in with a chipped tooth on Tuesday and it was fixed by lunchtime Friday, with friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for. My tooth looks great and I highly recommend.

We went to Avenue Dental Leamington Spa to enquire about 2 dental implants. We are having this treatment done this Wednesday. They were charming, and efficient, explained the procedure, and gave a costing which I thought was an excellent inclusive price in comparison with others. I felt very confident and happy. I have been a patient of Highfield Dental clinic for many years before Slavic took the practice on. He is a much more patient friendly than the previous dentist I had. The service from all staff has been excellent and prompt. I had teeth whitening done by Slavic about 2 -3 years ago and am very pleased with the outcome. More recently I saw the hygienist and her colleague and they were very good and gave lots of advice

Dr Rez has the most patient wonderful team. I am having my treatment with Dr Anthony who is so kind makes me feel at ease and doesn't rush and tells me everything he is going to do before he starts. I joined this practice on recommendation from a friend. who was also a very nervous patient. From the outset I was made to feel very relaxed by Nisha and her assistant. All treatment was fully explained to me and options given. I am truly grateful for the work. I have completed the new smile it has given me.

I reconnected with Fariba Younes after she stopped working in Solihull. I have found her treatment towards patients both caring and professional, always ensuring her work is of the highest quality. Because I am elderly, 80+, and diabetic, it is important to me to keep as many of my own teeth as possible, and Fariba sympathises with that philosophy. Fariba recently built up a broken tooth so as to stabilise a small denture which had lost its anchor. The embarrassment of a loose denture cannot be overstressed and this has been remedied by her expertise and dedication. A price worth paying? When faced with such a problem the cost of treatment is well worth it. After all, expertise like hers should be rewarded. I will recommend Fariba to anyone who asks me for an excellent dental surgeon for treatment from scale and polish to implants. She is the best dentist I have had in 80 years!
