Excellent explanation and state-of-the-art equipment. We met the dentist on time and he offered all the needed information to us while sharing the diagnosis in pictures.

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

I think it's a testament to Chris Watson that even with the (rightly) glowing reviews this surgery gets I give the feedback he deserves. I hated the Dentist for many years due to a bad experience as a child - Chris always puts you at your ease - fully explains the course of treatment, etc and is a true credit to his profession.

Another excellent experience and treatment. They always take time to explain and reassure me, and all my treatments have been done gently and with me at the center. I can't speak more highly about Arvin and his team. Totally professional in every way, made huge adaptations to keep patients safe during lock down. All staff very friendly and reassuring. Arvin takes so much time and trouble over everything, high attention to detail. Excellent communication. Three of us in our family have been going to Vitality for several years and would never change.
