I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.

There is always a warm and friendly welcome when you arrive and are seen promptly by the dentist who takes time to explain about any treatment needed and during treatment talk to you in a kind and reassuring manner which puts you at ease. I attend the surgery regularly for dental hygienists and check ups. My experience with both is outstanding and the surgery hygienist is so gentle but very efficient. Sadly I needed a dental extraction recently and from the procedure to the hygienist appointment after, the care was exemplary.
