All staff were welcoming and professional. And put you at ease.
I have a horrific needle phobia, and I would recommend them to anyone. They were amazing.

I am not the best patient, I am a nightmare!! But they appreciate that, do their job and completely understand what I am like.

I travel a long way, from overseas, and I would not go anywhere else.

Theo was absolutely fantastic, made me feel at ease and relaxed, and he explained everything in detail stage by stage about the treatment, I was having and what the treatment entailed.

This practice always exceeds my expectations. I have just had new upper dentures made for me by Theo and I am really pleased with them, they are very comfortable and look nice. He has also made lower dentures for me in the past and they are also perfect. He has so much patience and he makes you feel calm. He explains everything in detail about what treatment is best for you. I used to be a nervous wreck visiting other Dental Practices but I never feel nervous about going to have anything done at this Practice, and I have had quite a lot of treatment there.

After visiting the same Dental practice all my life I suddenly found I was unable to access regular appointments. Last year I had toothache and was unable to get an appointment with my regular Dentist.

I phoned Parkway and asked about the charges. I made an appointment for an assessment. I had to have the tooth removed. I then joined the Dental care plan. The staff at Parkway have been helpful, polite and kind. Treatment has been excellent.

Quick and easy and professional treatment. Identified the problem with two teeth after x-ray. Being able to actually see the problem on the screen, then explained options clearly and then quick procedure to remove both teeth and aftercare thoroughly explained. Best experience at the dentist - also the cleanest dentist I've been to.

From the minute I walked in (an absolute nervous wreck ) the girls on reception were so welcoming and tried to put me at ease. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist after a terrible experience many years ago. I could not stop shaking while I waited then the nurse called my name, she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The dentist was a lovely man and obviously knew how scared I was. 😱

He didn't waste any time because he thought I was going to do a runner 😆 The whole procedure was over in literally 3 or 4 minutes tops and pain-free.

I couldn't believe it when they said there you go, all over! The nurse held my hand all the way through bless her.

I feel embarrassed for acting like a nervous wreck and I know plenty like me, but I have never felt so at ease.

I had an interview with the dentist who suggested I had an X-ray, which I did. He showed me a photocopy of the X-ray on which he had made some mars and pointed
Out that there was an infection in one tooth that it should be removed and that there was no bone.

Left in another tooth. He checked my mouth and told me could see the saliva blockage about which I had complained and told me he would like to see if it changes size. He made an appointment for me for 9th April. He did say that if it did get bigger it could be removed. Since seeing him my dentist removed the infected tooth.
I had complained.
